Site Superintendent/ Project Manager will oversee a 3 month special project. This is a full-time onsite position with overtime as needed to maintain the schedule. This will be a physically demanding position requiring the ability to walk long distances, climb ladders/ stairs, and be exposed to the elements in a non-climate-controlled environment. The key focus is to ensure a professional, timely, and cost-effective installation process.
In this role you will be responsible for attending regular meetings and managing a fast-paced portion of my large project. Organization and good communication are necessary to be successful in this role.
Requirements and skills
• Leadership, organization, communication, building automation and fire alarm.
• Previous experience as a Site Superintendent or Site Project Manager.
• Ability to walk long distances, climb stairs/ladders, and work in hot and cold environments.
• In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes in commercial and or heavy industrial environments.
• Experience building automation / controls experience, and fire alarm experience.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office. Everything we do is documented.
The worker will be working at the same location ever day.
